Wayside is launching its 2011 Annual Appeal, an effort critical to our mission of feeding Maine’s hungry – work that is more important than ever in these challenging economic times. A copy of our mailing is also available here, or donations may be made via PayPal.According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s latest hunger study, 81,300 Maine households are food insecure, and our experience at Wayside shows a growing need for food assistance.
