Last week the City of Portland celebrated National Community Development Week with activities throughout the city, highlighting the good work of organizations who receive the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program money. As a recipient of CDBG, Wayside hosted two facility tours to share the impact the funding has on our programming and our community.
