Zwolinski named as executive director

Wayside Food Programs has named Mary Zwolinski, formerly president of Wayside’s Board of Directors, as its executive director. In other changes, John Leeming will succeed Zwolinski as board president, and Don Morrison, who was director of Wayside’s Food Rescue Program, will become operations manager. 300 guests served at Thanksgiving

This Thanksgiving, Wayside Food Programs collaborated with the United Way of Greater Portland to serve over 300 individuals a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Wayside and United Way partnering on Thanksgiving meal

Wayside Food Programs is partnering with United Way of Greater Portland to provide a free, community Thanksgiving dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day at the Portland Club, 156 State St., Portland. This complete holiday meal is for those who might not otherwise have the means to prepare one or who want to enjoy the company of others on the holiday.
